Gutcheck.AI – Terms of Participation

1. Who We Are (Pre-Incorporation Notice)

"Gutcheck.AI" refers to the platform currently operated by Corey Lipsey, Founder, as an individual. Gutcheck.AI is a project in development and will soon be incorporated as a legal business entity. Upon formation, all rights and obligations described in these terms will be assumed by the successor legal entity.

By continuing to use or access the platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Feedback & Submissions

You may choose to provide us with suggestions, ideas, comments, or other content related to Gutcheck.AI ("Feedback"). By doing so:

• You grant Gutcheck.AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and incorporate this Feedback into our products and services.
• This includes rights to improve platform features, train AI models, develop analytics, and benchmark data.
• We may use your feedback whether or not it is implemented as-is.

3. Assessment Responses & AI Training

If you submit answers to the Gutcheck Score™ or related tools:

• You grant us a license to use, analyze, and adapt your responses (including multiple-choice and written answers) to train our scoring system and develop insights.
• No personally identifiable information will be shared publicly without your permission.
• Gutcheck.AI retains full ownership of all derivative data, scoring outputs, benchmarks, and analytics derived from user inputs.

4. Confidentiality & Platform Protections

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, duplicate, or misuse any part of the Gutcheck Score™ or related features.
• Use your access to replicate, clone, or compete with the Gutcheck.AI system or scoring methodology.

5. Beta-Specific Disclaimers

Gutcheck.AI is currently in beta. That means:

• Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.
• The platform is provided "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees of performance.
• Access to Gutcheck.AI is granted at our discretion and may be revoked or modified at any time.

6. Data Rights & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. While we are not yet a registered business, we are committed to protecting your data and using it only to improve the platform experience. For questions, please contact us at:

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

8. Continued Use Implies Acceptance

By continuing to access or use the Gutcheck.AI platform, submitting responses, or otherwise engaging with its features, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Participation.
